Welcome to Legion MMA. By accessing our website, signing up for classes, participating in programs, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Legion MMA provides martial arts training, fitness classes, personal training, events, and related services including but not limited to boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, youth programs, and lifestyle/fitness coaching.

All services are provided subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent to use our services. By enrolling yourself or a minor, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Training in combat sports and fitness activities carries inherent risk, including serious injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Legion MMA, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training, events, or facility use.

Participants should consult a physician before beginning any training program.

4. Memberships, Payments & Cancellations

Memberships are billed according to the plan selected. All fees, enrollment costs, freezes, and cancellations are subject to the policies explained at sign-up.

• Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated
• One-month notice is required for cancellation
• Freezes may be available per gym policy
• No refunds are provided for unused time

5. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Legion MMA, which may include:

• Account notifications
• Appointment or class reminders
• Service updates
• Marketing and promotional messages (if separately opted in)

Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not shared with third parties except trusted messaging providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, communication systems, or services. Harassment, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or disruption of the gym environment will result in termination of membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, branding, photos, videos, and training materials are the property of Legion MMA and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legion MMA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation, website use, or communication services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined there.

10. Modifications

Legion MMA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
